Position Description

Purpose:  To achieve hotel revenue, profit and customer satisfaction goals by assisting with the on-going maintenance and renovations of the hotel. Protect and enhance asset for the owner and involvement in risk management.

Areas of Responsibility:
-   Assists with the operation of the Engineering Department
-   Ensure hotel adheres to all regulatory and safety standards
-   Supports employee engagement by implementing strategies and practices
-   Interaction with vendors/contractors for best prices and quality
-   Project management as assigned

Position Requirements

-   Possesses appropriate licenses and training as required by applicable local and state laws
-   1-3 years experience in an engineering role, preferably in a hotel environment
-   Associate or 4 year college degree is preferred
-   Previous experience in a customer service role
-   Previous management experience preferred
-   Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment and build relationships with others
