Job Description and Responsibilities:    .
Job Requirements:    Responsible for the leadership and management of all functions of the Engineering department in accordance with hotel standards. Direct all engineering operations for interior/exterior facilities including electrical, refrigeration, plumbing, heating/cooling, structural, painting, carpentry, recycling, ground care and parking areas. Manage other engineering work necessary to maintain the property in an efficient condition to ensure the safety and comfort of guests and employees. Must have 8+ years management experience in hotel or building engineering maintenance.
